August 2020

At First Bank your safety and well-being is our top priority. As we continue to monitor the coronavirus outbreak, we are taking several precautions to prevent its spread to our employees, customers and in the communities we serve.

As the state of Iowa has re-opened throughout the summer, First Bank has been preparing to welcome you back to our offices.  We have readied our lobbies and put in place new safety procedures and protocols to keep all our staff and customers safe.

All offices in the Cedar Valley & Wright County are open and are now welcoming customers and visitors in our lobbies.

As we welcome you back into the office, please note our new procedures for in-lobby visitors:
Face Masks: We will be requiring all visitors and staff to wear a mask. If you don't have a mask, we will provide one for you.
Hand Sanitizer: Please sanitize your hands before entering. Sanitizer will be provided at the entry.
Social Distancing: Please practice safe social distancing while in our offices.

If you are uncomfortable with walking into the lobby, we encourage you to continue to use our Drive-up Services, 24/7 E-banking Services or call to schedule an appointment with your banker.
