Loan Processor

Do you enjoy the success of getting projects completed?  As a Loan Processor, with First National Bank at our Waverly location, you can impact customers’ lives daily while being true to yourself.  All while working with a great team around you, to achieve goals and make a difference for our customers.

In one year, you will know you are successful if you can accurately prepare and process new loans, audit loan files for missing collateral and documentation, and follow through with exemption items. 

To do this, you must be able to effectively manage your time, problem solve, be detail oriented and have a high school diploma or equivalent.  Although not required, if you have previous loan experience, we encourage you to apply.

Transaction Banker Team Leader (Cedar Falls)

Are you a person that finds it natural to lead and bring others together?  If so, the Transaction Banker Team Leader position may be a fit for you!  As a Transaction Banker Team Leader, you will use these skills to effectively manage the Transaction Banker team to ensure they are able to complete day-to-day tasks, provide exceptional customer service, understand bank products and generate quality referrals.  All of these duties are performed in additional to your Transaction Banker duties.

To be successful in this position you must be able to communicate effectively, supervise others and adjust quickly to different work situations.  At least one year of Transaction Banker, Teller or Customer Service Representative experience is beneficial as well.
