Your debit card upgrade is complete—and it’s designed to give you more control, added security, and improved digital convenience.
We’ve transitioned to a new card services provider, bringing enhanced features that put you first. You now have greater visibility and control over your debit card activity, all within First Bank digital banking.
These enhancements are available for personal, business, and HSA debit cards.
When your current card reaches its expiration date, you’ll automatically receive a new card—no action needed.What this means for you:
You now have added security and can easily manage your card controls all withing digital banking—right at your fingertips.
You can now:
- Turn your card on or off instantly
- Report a lost or missing card quickly
- Set up real-time alerts and transaction controls
- Decline specific transaction types
- Block transactions from certain locations—and more
Please note:
If you previously used the Shazam Brella app for debit card alerts or person-to-person payments, those features are no longer active. All card controls and alerts are now available within First Bank digital banking.
