Keeping You Safe

First Bank's Digital Banking offers your more layers of security to protect your accounts and your personal information.

Two-factor Authentication

When you first login to First Bank Digital for the first time from any platform, you will be asked to enroll in 2FA (Two-factor Authentication).  2FA adds an extra layer of protection used to ensure the security of online accounts beyond just a username and password. As part of the enrollment, you will need to provide your email and phone number. If you do not choose for your device to be remembered by First Bank Digital, the 2FA phone needs to be accessible each time you login. You will also be asked to choose between four methods of receiving the verification code. We recommend end users receive a text via a mobile phone, but you can also choose to receive a phone call via a landline or a verification code through the Authy app. Once you have enrolled, you will not have to re-enroll unless you choose to reset your 2FA.
